Jason Blilie, Founding Partner

Jason is the founder of Blilie Law. His practice areas reflect his passion for technology and entrepreneurship. Jason plays an active role in Miami's tech and startup communities and is former Co-Chair of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce's Technology Council and the Law Council. 

Through Blilie Law, Jason has worked with many of Miami's premier startup companies, represented tech companies in raising millions from private investors in both debt and equity capital, and represented clients through merger and acquisition transactions.

As part of Jason's effort to support the innovation ecosystem of South Florida, he formed Tech Beach, a technology / startup community group with 4,900+ members. Tech Beach advances technology and entrepreneurship by hosting monthly events with topical programming for its members.

Craig Lewis, Partner

Craig brings over ten years’ experience litigating complex commercial disputes in State and Federal courts and an uncommon dedication to clarity and precision in drafting and editing to Blilie Law. He counsels and assists clients with a broad range of matters, including business litigation, contract drafting and review, insurance coverage analysis and disputes, and civil appeals.

During his tenure at Blilie Law, Craig has represented investors, partners, and other business owners in complex cases involving, among other issues, shareholder claims, partnership disputes, and breaches of fiduciary duties.

Jen Todd, Client + Community Relations

Joining Blilie Law in 2019 to lead the firm’s client and community relations, Jen is responsible for improving the client-experience and facilitating interactions between our team and the community we serve. She brings to the firm significant experience in both leading operations at multiple tech companies and managing client relationships at a top wealth management firm.

Outside of Blilie Law, Jen is an Ambassador of Tech Beach, is an active member of the Tech Council at the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, and serves in the PTO at Miami Children’s Museum Charter
